Chandra and her husband Terry are pleased to announce the birth of their second son, Egan, on August 31. Big brother Tiernan is excited beyond words.

She'll be taking some time off column writing to get through that all important sleep deprivation period.

In the meantime, you're welcome to browse through the archives - check the far right column and scroll down for links to previous posts!

Hi Chandra,
Congratulations!! How is your older son doing? Am sure between the two of them your hands are certainly full. Well, I've had an exciting year also. I got married this June in India, moved to my husband's place and am in a new job - so it's been hectic here too!

Looking forward to reading your columns soon,
Take care and congratulations again,

Hi, Chandra-

Just when I'd begun to think you'd fallen off the face of the earth, up you pop. Best of all, you have a new reason for living.

Congratulations and best wishes to you and yours for the holidays and beyond.

Hi Chandra

Nice to hear from you again. Hopefully you'll be able to restart your column before very long. Really miss it.

Hope you and your family have a super Christmas season and a great New Year coming up. Maybe you have a little Santa snow? Ours basically came over two days a couple weeks ago and hasn't been back. I bet a lot of local kids are unhappy. Not me. I'd be happy if the snow blower on my tractor didn't get used again this season.
